  • ResolvedUTC
    This incident has been resolved.
  • MonitoringUTC

We implemented a fix, and all alerting and platform functionality has been restored. We are actively monitoring results.

During this temporary outage, all non-lightning alerts did not process, including policy alerts (WBGT, wind, rain, etc.) and National Weather Service bulletins (severe watches, etc.). This resulted in notifications not being sent, outdoor warning systems not activating, alerts not appearing on your dashboard, and no policy activity was recorded. Notification history for that window will remain incomplete.

If you are actively in a weather delay, you should have received an alert when the issue was resolved (approximately 12:45pm Central Time), even if the delay began prior in the day. Check your dashboard or mobile app for the most recent policy status.

Lightning detection and lightning alerts were NOT affected and operated normally throughout.

  • IdentifiedUTC

We identified an issue that stopped all non-lightning delays from being sent. This affects all alerts besides lightning (WGBT, wind, rain, etc.) as well as National Weather Service bulletins (severe watches, etc.). This includes notifications, outdoor warning system activation, and dashboard alerts. Lightning detection and lightning alerts were NOT affected. We are actively fixing the issue and will update soon.
