We're currently monitoring an issue that caused delays in our push notifications. As service returns to normal, we're gradually transitioning users from text message notifications back to push notifications. Our priority is ensuring everyone continues to receive timely alerts, and we're closely monitoring the delivery results. Some push notifications may be delayed due to an issue with one of our partners. For the most up-to-date information, switch to text message notifications or check your mobile app/web dashboard.

We have migrated all Push notifications over to SMS while our third-party push notifications provider continues to work to resolve the issue. Please make sure you have your phone number added to your account so that you will be able to receive SMS messages.

We are currently experiencing an issue where push notifications are not being delivered to users. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Users are encouraged to switch to SMS notifications until this issue is resolved.

Outdoor warning system(s) and/or weather station(s) are temporarily unavailable due to an issue with an upstream network provider. Text message and push notifications are still working properly. We are working diligently with the network provider to restore connectivity.
